Responsibilities

• Lead competitive intelligence gathering and content evaluation for strategic recommendations.
• Drive content ideation with authors, subject-matter experts, and industry partners on select projects.
• Develop and maintain strategic documentation, content tracking, and an author talent database.
• Build and update competitive benchmarks to inform editorial strategy and decisions.
• Serve as key contact for customer-reported content-related blocking issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
