Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across technical, business support, and senior positions. Partnering closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to understand resourcing needs, providing guidance, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles across the organization.
• Utilizing multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conducting initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's values.
• Promoting the company’s employer brand through various channels to attract potential candidates and position the company as an employer of choice.
• Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the first point of contact to onboarding.
• Driving offer approval, extension, and negotiation by identifying appropriate closing procedures.
• Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies.
• Keeping updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously improving the hiring process to meet the evolving needs of the business.
