Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Denver, CO to lead full-cycle recruiting across the Midwest markets. The role requires partnering with Operations and HR, building talent pipelines, and delivering a superior candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or administrative experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned markets and business functions.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting channels.
• Attend career fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with operational leaders.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Accurately manage and maintain job requisitions within the ATS.
