Job summary

LINX is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Denver, CO for a hybrid role. You will recruit technicians, lead technicians, and foremen who build hyperscale data centers for major tech clients and commercial projects.

This is high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, with 120–150 hires per Specialist per year. You will own end-to-end processes from intake to offer and onboarding.

The role requires coordinating with project managers, optimizing pipelines, and maintaining accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally high-volume or hourly hiring.
• Proven ability to manage a large requisition load and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong phone, interviewing, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions from intake to accepted offer for technicians and corporate roles.
• Source candidates on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn; build pipelines via referrals, schools, fairs, and programs.
• Screen, interview, present candidates, close offers, and manage onboarding with HR team.
