Team LINX LLP in Denver, CO is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for low voltage field work and corporate roles. Based in Denver, this hybrid position drives requisitions from intake through accepted offers and helps ensure hiring managers and projects stay aligned on pipeline status.

The schedule starts with an in-office rhythm for the first 90 days, then shifts to a hybrid cadence based on performance.

Qualificações

• : 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally high-volume or hourly hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Own requisitions end to end, from intake through accepted offers for low voltage Technicians, Lead Technicians, Foremen, and standard corporate roles.
• Source candidates using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn, and develop pipelines through referrals, trade schools, career fairs, and military transition programs.
• Screen, interview, and present candidates, then close offers while coordinating next steps including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding with the Coordinator and HR team
• Run intake calls with Project Managers and Superintendents to confirm requirements, pay, start dates, and travel needs
• Provide regular hiring manager updates on pipeline status to prevent surprises for active projects
• Recruit for an assigned customer program or division (for example, hyperscale data center construction or Enterprise commercial projects)
• Support other programs as projects ramp, working under the priorities set by that program’s lead recruiter
• Build and maintain talent pools for roles LINX hires monthly in Denver and other markets
• Maintain accuracy in the applicant tracking system and apply the knockout screen criteria used by the Coordinator for your roles

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally high-volume or hourly hiring
• Proven ability to manage a large requisition load and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
• Strong phone, interview, and closing skills
• Proficiency with Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to work hybrid in Denver, CO (4 days per week in office for the first 90 days)

Compensation and benefits

• $60,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience
