LINX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Denver to own full-cycle recruiting for technicians, lead technicians, foremen, and corporate roles. This is a high-volume desk with 120–150 hires per year per specialist, offering a hybrid schedule from our Denver headquarters.

You'll source on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn, conduct screening and interviews, present offers, and coordinate onboarding with HR, while partnering with project managers to set requirements and travel needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Ability to manage a large requisition load in a fast-moving environment
• Strong phone, interviewing, and closing skills
• Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Able to work hybrid in Denver, CO 4 days per week in office for the first 90 days

Responsabilités

• Own requisitions from intake to offer for technicians and corporate roles
• Source on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn; build pipelines via referrals, trade schools, career fairs, and military programs
• Screen, interview, present candidates, close offers; manage background, drug screen, onboarding with HR
