Gresham Toyota in the Portland metro area is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to partner with technicians and guests from write-up to delivery. You will translate repair information into clear explanations, build accurate estimates, and manage timelines to protect guest trust and vehicle value.

The role offers a high earning potential with an OTE of $40,000–$120,000, paid training, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership.
• Toyota or import brand experience is a strong plus.
• Track record of strong CSI and NPS performance with guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for guests from write-up to delivery.
• Translate repair information into clear, confident communication.
• Build precise estimates and realistic timelines; follow through on promises.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to maintain workflow.
• Identify and present additional service recommendations to protect safety and value.
• Deliver a consistent pickup and return experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and ensure compliance.
• Represent Gresham Toyota with hospitality standards in every interaction.
