Qualifications

• 1+ year of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership.
• Minimum 1 ASE certification.
• Toyota brand experience strongly preferred; other imports encouraged.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with Toyota Techstream or similar diagnostic platforms.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles across a full range of systems using OEM procedures.
• Complete repair orders accurately and document parts used.
• Perform multi-point inspections and communicate findings to service advisors.
• Stay up-to-date with Toyota service bulletins and software updates.
• Perform test drives to validate diagnostics and repair quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and meet quality standards.
• Support a culture of quality, accountability, and craftsmanship.
