Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Experience with dealership software (CDK or similar) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assess service needs.
• Write and manage repair orders from start to finish.
• Recommend repairs and maintenance based on technician findings.
• Communicate timelines, updates, and costs clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
• Handle escalations and customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure all documentation and billing are accurate.
