Midwood Smokehouse is hiring a Server to join our Ballantyne team. You will provide attentive, friendly service in a fast-paced setting, taking orders, delivering recommendations, and maintaining an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays.
• Excellent communication and guest-service oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Make guests feel welcome and cared for during their visit.
• Build relationships with regulars and recall preferences.
• Recommend menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Take accurate orders and input into POS (Toast POS experience is a plus).
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and assist teammates as needed.
• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
