Bethel School District 52 is seeking an 8-hour per day Nutrition Services Coordinator for the Willamette High School kitchen in Eugene, Oregon. This role oversees daily kitchen operations, assists in meal preparation, and ensures compliance with USDA and Oregon DOE nutrition guidelines.

You will coordinate staff workflows, maintain records, and support food safety standards in a high-volume operation serving over 1,000 meals daily, with strong organizational and communication skills essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of Nutrition Services work experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Knowledge of USDA and Oregon Department of Education nutrition program requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare required reports.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily kitchen operations and workflow.
• Supervise Nutrition Services workers and meals production.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, Oregon DOE, District policies and food safety standards.
• Maintain production and inventory records.
• Operate a district-provided meal transport vehicle as needed.
• Communicate staffing and training needs to the Nutrition Services Director.
