Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a high-volume Sales Recruiter in Las Vegas to drive full life cycle recruitment. You’ll source, screen and refer top candidates, partnering with hiring managers to align with business goals and timelines.

You’ll document metrics, build the recruiting brand, manage multiple recruitment plans, and collaborate across teams to improve processes. Occasional night/weekend work may be required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology or related field.
• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting, sales/marketing or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends occasionally as needed.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and building recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Exceed recruiting metrics across sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
• Document and report weekly/monthly/quarterly recruitment metrics.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and training teams.
• Develop recruiting branding and sourcing library for sites.
• Lead annual recruiting plan including budgeting and compensation parameters.
• Collaborate with other recruiters to share practices and align regional goals.
• Help create recruiting media campaigns within the budget and distribute them as needed.
