Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a high-volume Sales Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruiting—from creating requisitions and postings to moving candidates through the ATS—and to attract top talent for our vacation ownership and travel membership brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting, sales/marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday).

Responsibilities

• Exceed recruiting metrics across sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and compliance.
• Document and report recruitment metrics weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals and build recruiting plans.
