Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant operator in a high‑volume, full‑service environment.
• Strong background in restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls.
• Demonstrated success developing managers and building strong teams.
• Excellent floor leadership, guest recovery, and problem‑solving ability.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead with accountability while maintaining a positive and professional culture.
• Reliable, consistent, and flexible with scheduling needs.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts based on business needs.
• Average management schedule of approximately 50–55 hours per week.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and adjusted schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily restaurant operations across all service periods and business volumes.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and lead guest experience, hospitality, and service recovery efforts.
• Ensure service standards, flow of operations, and execution consistency remain strong at all times.
• Verify completion of all opening, closing, and shift checklists daily.
• Partner with both front- and back-of-house leaders to maintain a seamless and guest-focused operation.
