You’ll partner with your leader to set goals and build a plan to achieve them, and you’ll oversee a team of Department Managers to drive performance.

Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in high-volume quick service, hospitality or retail. You must be 18 or older to manage in our franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure profitability and adherence to McDonald’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future leadership team.
• Oversee functional areas such as Training, Food Safety and Inventory Management.
• Ensure fast, accurate, friendly service across Front Counter, McCafé and Drive-Thru.
