Job summary

McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee is hiring a General Manager. This role is responsible for running a profitable site while meeting McDonald’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards and working with a team of Department Managers to set and achieve goals.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in high‑volume settings, a background in quick service, hospitality or retail, and are 18+.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers with coaching and direction to improve departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for future growth.
• Prefer candidates with General Manager experience in high‑volume locations; strong background in QSR or hospitality/retail.
