You will lead Department Managers, set goals, and coach teams to achieve targets, while hiring and developing supervision for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, and coach for improvement.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
