Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Recruiter, Multi-Unit Operations to support high-volume recruitment across corporate-owned centers. You will source, screen, and interview candidates for Center Manager, Wax Specialist, and Guest Service Associate roles.

This hands-on role requires building pipelines, partnering with district and center managers, and delivering a positive candidate experience while ensuring compliance and timely hiring across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years recruiting experience including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and online sourcing platforms.
• High-volume recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-location retail, hospitality, or service operations.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, licensed, and management positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio across multiple centers and markets.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, schools, partnerships, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct structured interviews, and present recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and support the offer and pre-employment process.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely communication.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and timelines.
