Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to partner with field leadership, drive HR programs, ensure compliance, and foster a positive associate experience across multi-state hourly centers.

The role advises operational leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and HR program execution, while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives to strengthen EWC’s people practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 4–7 years of progressive HR experience, including generalist or HRBP responsibilities.
• Experience supporting hourly and multi-location workforces.

Responsibilities

• Advise field leaders on workforce management, employee relations and engagement.
• Ensure consistent execution of HR programs, policies, and practices across centers.
• Coach leaders on performance conversations, feedback delivery, and development.
• Support investigations and resolve employee relations concerns with documentation.
• Analyze workforce metrics and prepare leadership-ready reporting
