Eastern Lift Truck Co. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Dundalk, MD to support our Talent team with high-volume, full-cycle recruiting. You will manage the requisition process from posting to offers, vet resumes, coordinate with hiring managers, and schedule interviews.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of recruiting experience
• Staffing Agency experience a PLUS
• Experience with using an ATS
• College Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Reflects a professional image and will maintain confidentiality

• Excels in a FAST-PACED environment
• Ability to learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Screen potential job applicants
• Hunt and find top talent
• Conduct prequalification phone screenings
• Complete and submit candidate writeups
• Schedule interviews
• Track candidates and manage profiles through ATS (Dayforce)
• Assist in onboarding duties
• Establish relationships with Hiring Managers and develop recruiting plans
• Other talent-related administrative duties
