You will source candidates through diverse channels, manage pipelines, and coordinate pre-employment steps while maintaining data accuracy in the Workday ATS.

This role sits in the centralized Talent Acquisition function and requires the ability to thrive under pressure, while upholding quality and compliance with hiring policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 4–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and large requisition loads.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-volume requisitions across craft trades, technical, and drivers.
• Partner with hiring managers across sites to understand staffing needs and urgency.
• Maintain data accuracy in the Workday ATS and coordinate onboarding logistics.
• Source candidates through traditional and non-traditional channels and represent the company at events.
