Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a six-month, onsite contract to fill front-line roles across multiple locations. You will partner with hiring leaders, build pipelines, and drive candidates through the hiring process.

You will manage high-volume recruiting, source passively and actively, conduct interviews, and provide market insights to hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with high-volume or multi-location exposure.
• Experience recruiting for retail, service, hospitality, manufacturing, or other high-volume environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable conducting high volumes of phone screens.
• Organized, responsive, and highly accountable.
• Ability to work independently while partnering with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, entry-level positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and hiring metrics.
• Provide hiring managers with market insight and recruiting recommendations.
• Help create a positive, professional candidate experience from initial contact through hire.
• Support recruiting initiatives designed to improve speed, quality, and retention of hires.
