Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks a Recruitment Specialist to act as the link between client companies and associates. The role includes inside sales, recruitment, placing and supervising temporary staff, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The position emphasizes building relationships with clients and candidates, conducting interviews, processing applications, and maintaining Express policies while aiming to increase revenue by filling assignments and extending associate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field suggested, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Familiarity with employment laws and client-relations practices.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains recruiting sources to ensure consistent applicant flow.
• Receives and processes inquiry calls from applicants and associates.
• Conducts job interviews, administers and scores tests, evaluates applicant skills, abilities, and availability.
• Verifies references and employment history; verifies degrees and qualifications.
• Determines applicant suitability and completes employment process with orientations.
• Assigns associates to client accounts and communicates job details and expectations.
• Maintains client relations by conducting sales calls and analyzing client needs.
• Advises clients on bill rates and assignment information; researches employment laws.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Gathers performance data and provides feedback to associates.
• Terminates unsatisfactory associates and handles complaints.
• Ensures compliance with statutes and regulations governing the employment process.
• Applies policies to resolve time-card errors and billing discrepancies.
• Meets with Sales Representative daily to review progress.
• Maintains client goodwill and helps collect delinquent accounts.
• Spends part of each day making telephone sales calls to fill client needs.
