Job summary

Primary Services is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for production, warehouse, maintenance, and other manufacturing roles across multiple Houston facilities. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting experience, excels in high-volume hiring, and will source candidates through various channels while coordinating interviews and offers with operational leaders.

This onsite role in Jersey Village, TX requires strong ATS skills and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience required, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• High-volume recruiting experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting hourly production, warehouse, maintenance, or skilled manufacturing talent.
• Hands-on sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage requisitions and candidate records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; UKG preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in the Jersey Village area of Houston, TX.

• Oversee multiple active requisitions while balancing competing hiring priorities.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates via job boards, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate fit and requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set priorities, staffing needs, and timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, decisions, and offers with candidates and managers.
• Develop candidate pools for recurring staffing needs and maintain ATS records.
• Support pre-employment screening and guide candidates through the process.
• Track progress and provide updates on open positions and activity.
• Participate in recruiting events and community hiring initiatives.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly production, warehouse, maintenance, and manufacturing positions.
• Oversee multiple active job requisitions while balancing competing hiring priorities.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and job requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish hiring priorities, staffing requirements, and recruiting timelines.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, hiring decisions, and employment offers.
• Develop and maintain candidate pools for recurring and anticipated staffing needs.
• Monitor applicant activity and maintain accurate recruiting records within applicant tracking systems.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening requirements and assist candidates through the hiring process.
• Track recruiting progress and provide updates on open positions and candidate activity.
• Participate in recruiting events and community hiring initiatives.
• Identify sourcing opportunities and adjust recruiting approaches to improve candidate flow and hiring results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience required, preferably in manufacturing, food and beverage, distribution, warehouse, or industrial environments.
• High-volume recruiting experience, including managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting hourly employees, production workers, warehouse personnel, or skilled manufacturing talent.
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage requisitions and candidate records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with UKG preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in the Jersey Village area of Houston, TX required.
