You will coach crews, optimize labor, control costs, ensure food safety and guest satisfaction, and lead a culture of teamwork and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Manage daily restaurant operations for a high-volume fast food store.
• Lead hiring, training, coaching, scheduling and evaluation.
• Control labor, food, inventory, cash handling and costs.
• Maintain food safety, labor compliance and guest satisfaction.
• Experience in fast food or quick service leadership.
• Proven ability to supervise large teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations including staffing, service quality, food safety and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach and manage crew, leads and assistant managers.
• Manage labor costs, scheduling, timekeeping, inventory and orders.
• Oversee cash handling, POS updates, audits and reporting.
• Drive sales and profitability by controlling costs while addressing guest concerns.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and standards.
