MarcJax, LLC in Lake City, FL is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a new, high‑volume McDonald’s. You will own profitability, QSC standards, and team development, reporting to the Area Supervisor in a fast‑paced environment.

The role requires on‑the‑floor leadership, strong cost and labor control, and a focus on delivering exceptional service. Includes a 60–65k salary with a 10% bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager in a fast‑food, high‑volume setting.
• Proven ability to manage food cost, inventory, waste, and Food‑over‑Base.
• Strong scheduling, team development, and leadership execution.
• Track record of meeting McDonald’s QSC and brand standards.
• Hamburger University and ServSafe certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, sales, and profitability across all dayparts.
• Direct prep, inventory, truck orders, waste tracking, and cost control.
• Build smart schedules and motivate staff to balance labor with service.
• Maintain facility with preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Recruit and develop managers to strengthen leadership bench.
• Ensure all areas meet McDonald’s QSC and standards.
