Responsibilities

• Lead the Restaurant: own daily operations, sales, and profitability across all dayparts, upholding QSC standards.
• Own the P&L: manage food, labor, and paper costs; drive sales against budget and prior year.
• Build the Team: recruit, hire, and develop managers to create a strong leadership pipeline.
• Champion Brand Standards: hit KPI benchmarks and excel in evaluation programs; coach in position.
• Grow the Community: support local marketing and neighborhood presence.
