Job summary

The Father’s Table is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly roles and professional positions from requisition through hire. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates for manufacturing, warehouse, bakery, and related positions in Central Florida.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in food manufacturing or high-volume settings,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
Experience recruiting in manufacturing/high-volume environments preferred.
Experience with high-volume hourly recruiting and production roles.
Strong interviewing, sourcing, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience using ATS and recruiting/job-board platforms.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring managers with professional judgment.

Responsibilities

Manage recruiting from requisition approval through hire.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Review applications, source candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions.
Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate onboarding and support new hires through the process.
