Legends & ASM GLOBAL is seeking a Prep Cook to assist in prepping and preparing food according to recipes and supervision. The role requires strict adherence to health standards and kitchen guidelines, with duties including plate-up support and Kitchen sanitation.

You will follow recipes, maintain clean work areas, and complete daily production priorities while working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Evening, night, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Basic math skills and ability to pass a math skills test.
• Must read, write and understand English well.
• Ability to follow written and oral directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion food per recipes and supervisor instructions.
• Adhere to Health Department and ServSafe regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, including equipment and storage.
• Complete daily production priorities and plate-up as needed.
• Communicate shortages or equipment issues to supervisor.
