Job summary

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, maintain customer focus, and contribute to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. This role supports Revenue Operations and requires attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, data entry or order management.
• Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility in work schedule when required.
• Ability to collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Processes orders of increasing range and complexity.
• Timely delivery of customer purchases through license key generation.
• Adheres to departmental guidelines and policies.
• Accountable for meeting defined standards for quality and productivity for all transactions.
• Collaborates with sales and other cross-functional organizations on sales order issues.
