• 4+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting across operations, support, or high-volume roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across the Operations organization, from frontline roles to leadership searches.
• Forecast hiring needs with Ops leaders, define roles, and meet hiring goals.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies including events, partnerships, and new channels.
• Build scalable sourcing programs and partnerships to keep pipelines full.
• Use data to monitor pipeline health and adjust strategy.
