The ideal candidate has 3+ years of payroll experience, familiarity with multi-location operations, and strong Excel/reporting skills to support accurate timekeeping and payroll

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with multi-state payroll operations.
• Experience supporting organizations with 1,000+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume, multi-state payrolls.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle employee pay changes, bonuses, commissions, PTO payouts, and final pay.
• Process payroll adjustments, corrections, manual payments, and off-cycle payrolls.
• Audit timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies.
• Review overtime, missed punches, and attendance exceptions.
• Partner with managers to address payroll and timekeeping concerns.
• Support payroll and timekeeping system functionality.
• Maintain payroll records and meet all processing deadlines.
