Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in high-volume, multi-state payroll processing.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly multi-state payroll with accuracy and within established deadlines, validating hours, PTO, shift differentials, overtime, premium pay and other earnings.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on payroll inquiries and pay-related matters.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and corrections in collaboration with employees and management.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records including wage rates, deductions and tax information.
