Tuk Tuk Boom is seeking a CAS line cook for a high-volume station focused on soups, salads, curries and appetizers. You will operate with fry, grill, steam table, and flat top equipment to ensure quick pickups.

The role emphasizes working as part of a team in a fast environment, maintaining prep areas, and communicating needs to the prep team, with daily station maintenance and order fulfillment as core duties.

Competenze

• At least 1 year on the line.
• Fry experience preferred.
• Teamwork and communication are a MUST.
• Strong ability to multi-task required.

Mansioni

• Preparation of station before opening (including small prep).
• Fulfilling orders in a quick & timely fashion.
• Cleaning up/restocking station.
• Daily maintenance/cleaning of equipment.
• Team organization of walk-in cooler.
• Communication of any items needed from prep team.
