Job summary

Job Description: CAS (fry/grill) is a high-volume station, streamlined to be quick & easy pickups. The CAS line cook is responsible for soups, salads, curries, and appetizers. CAS line cook equipment includes a steam table, fryer, grill, flat top, and stove top boilers.

Job Responsibilities:
