Topgolf is seeking a dedicated line cook in Cleveland, Ohio to prepare and plate items following standardized recipes. You will work with a fast-paced kitchen team to ensure quality and timely order execution.

The role requires knowledge of food safety, ability to thrive in a busy environment, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. High school diploma preferred; prior high-volume kitchen experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen or culinary environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and teamwork-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure food quality and safety.
• Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and order execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes and equipment.
• Assist in food inventory management as needed.
