Qualifications

• Two (2) years high volume cooking experience- required.
• Must be able to read and comprehend English instructions.
• Must have Serve Safe Sanitation training.

Responsibilities

• Slice, dice and chop fruits, vegetables, cheeses, cooked meats, poultry and seafood.
• Prepare dressings, sauces, marinations, canapés, hors d’oeuvres and buffet items.
• Use slicing machine, mixer and food processor per standard recipes.
• Handle meat, seafood, poultry and produce following proper handling procedures.
• Rotate products and maintain sanitation standards in kitchen.
