Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or Cook in a commercial kitchen.
• Experience in high-volume food service environments.
• Understanding of HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to approved recipes.
• Support daily meal service for large volumes of guests.
• Ensure all food is prepared following FOODSAFE principles.
