Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Line Cook to support the food service operation at workforce accommodations in Dallas, Texas. You will prepare high-quality meals for a rapidly growing number of guests, initially serving approximately 500 and scaling to over 4,000 meals per day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or Cook in a commercial kitchen.
• Experience in high-volume environments such as workforce accommodations.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to approved recipes.
• Supporting daily meal service for large volumes of guests.
• Ensuring all food is prepared in accordance with FOODSAFE and HACCP principles.
