Responsibilities

• Read and execute guest food tickets accurately using kitchen display monitors or ticket rails.
• Utilize kitchen equipment efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, plate presentation, and ticket times.
• Manage station preparation by stocking necessary food items to enhance kitchen speed and sales.
• Set up, stock, and break down line stations accurately, handling food storage and organization duties.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, temperature logging, and safety procedures are always followed.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness at your station and across the kitchen to support smooth operations.
