Job summary

Flight Club in Clayton, MO seeks a Line Cook to join our Back of House team. This role delivers high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while following exact recipes for consistency. You will stay organized, multitask efficiently, and bring energy to the shift as the ringleader of smooth service.

We value product knowledge, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Must hold a current food handler’s certification and be able to lift 50+ lbs, with availability for varied shifts

Qualifications

• Current food handler’s certification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume environment
• Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays
• Able to stand and/or walk for long periods
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire to health standards
• Learn and maintain knowledge of recipes to standard
• Multitask under pressure across multiple orders
• Prepare, cook, and present food consistently with company standards
• Compile daily prep list and complete tasks per station on time
• Maintain hygiene, tidiness and cleanliness per health codes
• Assist in receiving deliveries, storage rotation and cooler organization
• Maintain correct par levels and minimize waste
• Follow management instructions during service
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and safety guidelines
