Jim 'N Nick's seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, oversee BOH budgets, and drive food quality and service standards. You will coach managers, schedule shifts, and monitor labor costs while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of high-volume restaurant management, exceptional leadership, and the ability to recruit and retain top team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
• Ability to attract, train, develop and retain the very best team members.
• Strong guest service focus to provide an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Run effective shifts across all restaurant areas and systems.
• Provide direction, coaching, training and development for managers and team members.
• Ensure consistent execution of standards and cost controls.
• Communicate goals to General Manager and Local Owner regularly.
• Manage BOH schedules, staffing levels and labor goals.
