This full-time, phone-based role focuses on building relationships, managing a high volume of leads, and achieving performance goals. Bonus incentives are available for strong performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Professional references available on request
• Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred but not required
• Excellent verbal communication and consultative selling
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while spending approximately 3–4 hours per day on the phone
• Manage a full schedule of 80+ incoming and outbound calls daily
• Convert qualified leads through consultative phone conversations
• Transfer qualified and converted callers to the appropriate intake departments and accurately code interactions in CRM systems and portals
• Document all customer interactions and maintain effective contact management strategies using Salesforce
• Manage prospective leads from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs throughout New York State
• Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion opportunities
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and departmental goals
