Staffing By Starboard is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles with a focus on high-volume light industrial staffing. You will source, screen, interview, coordinate interviews, and onboard candidates, while maintaining accurate ATS records and building a robust candidate pipeline.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms and digital onboarding software.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or light industrial positions preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and outreach.
• Screen and interview applicants to assess qualifications and fit.
• Match candidates with job opportunities based on requirements and skills.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and communicate scheduling details.
• Guide candidates through the onboarding process and paperwork.
• Maintain accurate applicant records in the ATS.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Develop relationships to improve engagement and redeployment opportunities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities.
• Provide regular updates on applicant flow and hiring progress.
• Respond promptly to candidate inquiries with professional service.
• Participate in recruiting events and community outreach.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
