Qualifications

• Experience in negotiation, sourcing, and full-cycle recruiting across multiple industries.
• Strong knowledge of HR legal compliance and employment law in talent management.
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms (iCIMS, Kenexa BrassRing) and HR systems like Kronos/Paychex.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience with high-volume, campus, and executive recruiting.
• Use of social media for employer branding and candidate engagement.
• Knowledge of onboarding, orientation, evaluation, and employee relations programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using social media and HR systems.
• Run high-volume campaigns to fill multiple vacancies while maintaining quality.
• Conduct external outreach to identify passive candidates.
• Coordinate campus recruitment initiatives with universities and programs.
• Negotiate offers in line with company policy and employment law.
• Maintain compliance with HR laws while handling candidate data in ATS.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Apply HR sourcing techniques to meet staffing objectives.
• Support onboarding activities including orientation, evaluation, training.
• Travel as needed.
