Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of high-volume line cook experience.
• California Food Handlers certification required.
• Ability to solve problems proactively and resourcefully.
• Maintain high accountability and work under pressure.
• Demonstrate urgency and accuracy during busy periods.
• Carry large trays and manage multiple orders.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays and odd hours.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality as scheduled.
• Must stand/walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Be guest-focused and adapt to Chef’s instructions.
• Maintain upbeat, energetic, professional attitude at all times.
• Team orientation and willingness to assist other departments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations in the kitchen.
• Set up and break down stations in time for service.
• Plate dishes according to Chef’s specifications.
• Assist in inventory control and supply management.
• Promote a safe and respectful work environment.
• Complete tasks assigned by Chef promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate kitchen needs to Chef or manager.
• Assist other stations when needed.
• Bring tools/equipment and maintain in good working order.
• Stay focused and accountable during shifts.
