Job summary

You'll set up and stock your station, monitor grill temperatures, cook items to recipe standards, read tickets, and communicate with the line and service team, while maintaining food safety and quality for a fast-paced environment.

This role requires staying composed under pressure, following recipes, and adhering to sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Grill cook or comparable high-volume kitchen experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of station organization, cooking technique, timing, and sanitation.
• Ability to follow recipes, stay composed under pressure, and communicate with the team.
• Food Handler Certification

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and maintain the assigned station for efficient service.
• Manage grill temperature zones and cook proteins and vegetables to required doneness.
• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe, portion, temperature, timing, and presentation standards.
• Read tickets and coordinate timing with line, expo, and service team.
• Maintain product quality, pars, rotation, waste, and food-safety controls.
