Responsibilities

• Operate the Short-Order Grill Station during meal periods
• Operate register during service
• Assist in kitchen with food preparation and cooking of sides
• Ensure correct quantities and quality of menu items
• Maintain proper food safety and handling techniques per food code and HACCP
• Maintain food temperature logs for grill station and kitchen items
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Perform duties in an orderly, professional manner per company code of conduct
• Follow manager directions for duties and procedures
• Set up and stock grill station for service on time
• Prepare and serve items on the grill menu during service
• Cook required meal items according to daily menu
• Check and maintain correct internal temperatures
• Re-fill items during service and assist customers on service lines
• Clean grill station and equipment after each meal period
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• All staff assist with other duties assigned by supervisors
