Qualifications

• General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate owned locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers to meet restaurant goals.
• Coach and develop Department and Shift Managers.
• Hire and develop leadership to ensure future staffing needs.
• Maintain McDonald’s quality, service and cleanliness standards.
