Ideal candidates bring prior GM experience in quick service, hospitality, or retail, and a proven ability to hire and develop Department and Shift Managers.

Qualifications

• Prior General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Background in quick service, hospitality, or retail is highly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's customer standards.
• Lead Department Managers, set goals, coach, and monitor progress.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong team.
